Today was a “heavy day” focus for the class. Learning to lift a heavy load has a lot to do with mental preparation, set up, and technique. A strong athlete can miss a lift due to rushing or mentally not being involved with their approach. We finished up the class with a simple 1 mile run challenge. There were a ton of 1st timers setting new baseline numbers. But what was really impressive was the amount of Personal Records (PR’s). Great day at Rogue!
