October 28th

Today’s workout had a similar format to the final workout in the open earlier this year. A 15 Minute AMRAP climbing up a ladder of reps of increasingly difficult reps. 2010 Crossfit games champ Graham set today’s best score with an impressive 327 total reps on the strength of his pull-ups and springy legs. The better you were at the movements the harder the workout was today!

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes
1 Box Jump 30″
1 Pull-up
2 Box Jumps
2 Pull-ups
3 Box Jumps
3 Pull-ups
Keep going until the 15 minutes is up
