Today we attacked the final workout of the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games Open. The workout had a similar feel to the classic benchmark workout “Fran” and then some. The gym was filled with tons of energy and intensity when the athletes heard that 3,2,1 Go! Now rest up, we have some work to do before the Regionals get here. Great day!
