The ability to climb a rope is a skill that every individual should possess. Climbing a rope has SO MUCH to do with technique and not so much pull and arm strength as people would think. Today’s workout put our athletes rope climbing ability to the test. Oh yeah, they had to do a lot of front squats as well 😉 Great effort from all the classes today and congrats to those who learned a few new footholds and managed to climb the rope 15 times!!
