This Saturday class is becoming one of my favorite classes to teach. The intensity was awesome and the athletes really pushed their limitations and threshold. The workout was similar to Fight Gone Bad with max rep stations. However, rest between stations and some new movements make for an interesting WOD. The lateral shuffles and back squat really rocked the core and legs. Great work everyone!
