December 7th

Running in December?! We put our athletes to the test against mother nature and her 18 degree cold breeze winds and snow. Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable plays a key role in our lives and dealing with adversity. It will especially help out your CrossFit workout times as well. At the end of the day the important thing is that you got better and accomplished something that many people would never even think about doing. That is why we CrossFit! Awesome day at Rogue.
