December 6th

We like to keep athletes guessing at Rogue. Dumbbell bear crawls are not a commonly used exercise, but there are no typical days. The only thing you can count on is to expect the unexpected in our workouts.
Word on the street is Mikko Salo might be paying a visit and working out tomorrow night with one of the classes. So bring your A game and an extra sweatshirt, heard it might be cold.
