DOIN WORK!
This was a spicy little workout that Dave Ulmer put together for our Rogue athletes today. Single arm KB press and suitcase hold walking lunges were no joke! Having a strong core is what really made a difference on this WOD. Having a good kip on toes 2 bar helps as well. Don’t forget to stretch out those shoulders, quads and hamstrings at home. Lunges=sore legs. See you tomorROW!
