November 10th

This afternoon we took advantage of some unseasonably warm temperatures and dusted off the sleds! After several rounds of pulling, pushing, and sprinting athletes were fired up to hit some deadlifts. We were off the clock today and had plenty of time to ramp up and hit some big numbers. 5 athletes Pr’d during the 5 pm class Alex(405) and Bob (345) for a triple, Chad(405), Dustin(405), and Amanda (195) for singles. Some athletes also hit rope climbs for the first time including Heathers sister Lindsey who was visiting from Chicago!
