November 7th

Today’s session concentrated heavily on the skill. We took time to work on pistols and double unders two tricky skills that trip up even some of the best athletes. The WOD was a sprint, Jackie in reverse. Without having to pace the intial row athletes could attack the wod with a little differently and could sprint the final row instead of pacing it.
