October 5th

Since crossfit.com prescribed some bench press for the community, we decided to follow suit and do some floor press. With less range of motion then a typical bench press, the floor press can still develop some great upper body strength. It was great to see some athletes learning the skill of kipping toes to bar as well today! After a day of throwing around a barbell we decided to focus more on gymnastics and body weight control, kb swings, box jumps and push-ups can really deliver a blow. Great work today!
