Septemeber 7th

Todays sessions had a little bit of something for everyone. Graham did an awesome job organizing a total body warm-up, skill/strength and workout today. Today’s skill was the sumo deadlift. A few of our new athletes tried this lift for the first time and were able to pull more weight safely with this technique, which is something to keep in mind next time we total. Bob Carleton had his best performance to date on a WOD completing the workout in 12:03 rx’d with one of the top times today. This kid has came a long way!!!!!
