April 26th
Our workout today was tough combination of pull and press. We used Tabata timing (:20 sec. of work/ :10 sec. of rest), and we did 16 intervals. The movements: pull=deadlift, press= pushup.
It was awesome watching as our Rogue Athletes battled fatigue and kept picking the bar up 1 more time or pressing out a few more pushups. This 8 minute workout was no joke! Good job today we had a huge turnout and some outstanding scores!
