April 16th

Today we revisited a skill that had been neglected a bit lately the overhead squat! After some early shakiness most of our athletes started getting those hip back and sitting down nice and low! The workout was deceptively difficult. The two burpees on the minute forced athletes out of their rhythm throughout this leg and mid-line stability based workout!

Ring plank holds
4×30 seconds on 30 seconds of rest

Overhead squat
3.3.3.3.3

WOD
*2 burpees on the minute (workout starts with burpees)
must stop rep on bell and do 2 burpees every minute and pick it up your reps where you left off

3 rounds for time
20 Overhead squats
20 box step ups
20 donkey kicks
