April 6th

Today we decided to dust off the rowers which hadn’t been used in a while and hit a 500M sprint for time! Many of us seemed to forget what it felt like and were still gasping air minutes later as the workout was about to begin. The workout was running and body weight based giving some of our smaller athletes an advantage after a barbell complex yesterday! Gahanna lincoln High School wrestlers Kasee and Drew Mcdougle killed the workout and got the second and third fastest times of the day just behind our resident fire breather and regional qualifier Dave Ulmer!
