March 26th

Today was a great test on how strong you are against gravity. Heavy shoulder to overhead and burpees. Intensity was off the charts today in both group sessions. Technique produced some of the fastest times but for others raw strength and will power helped them to the finish. Dave Ulmer put up the fastest time of 4:55 using 185 lbs! Trainer Graham Holmberg decided to challenge that performance but fell a few seconds short completing it in 5:00 minutes flat using 185 lbs as well.
