After a workout attacking weaknesses and skills it was time to hit a hard a met-con. This workout had everyone pushing to their max as they kept racing the clock to finish up those box jumps.

WOD
Goal= 100 box jumps (24″/ 20″)
Every minute on the minute do:
7- Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/ 55)
*Athlete will begin with 7 sumo deadlift high pulls. Once finishing 7 reps athlete moves on to box jumps for remainder of the minute. When the clock beeps at the minute they will return to 7-SDHP then back to box jumps. This pattern continues until the athlete reaches 100 box jumps.
