February 28th

It was the last day of February and a nice toasty 40 degrees. We had a pretty cool group here today, because when i wrote “Helen” on the board most of them were pumped! Athletes warmed up their backs up for the swings with a strength workout focusing on sumo deadlifts. Tim Turner cranked out an impressive 11:14 rx’d time. The runs are pretty close to 500 meters and the conditions weren’t comfortable. Much respect to everyone who came out and got after it today!
