February 25th

After a day of working technique and core strength it was time to hit it hard. Everyone looked nice and fresh today and had a full tank to hit the WOD full force. The atmosphere was amazing during all of the sessions as people battled those burpees at the end of each round. Some impressive times were done all day long with Dave Ulmer and Nick Warmath putting up sub 6:00 min times RX’d. Savanna Wilson PR’d on a 95 lb snatch during Strength and Conditioning, then used men’s RX’d weight for the workout! Awesome day to be at ROGUE.
