When you are used to doing Crossfit and the coach tells you the WOD is not for time, it makes you think a little. “What’s the catch?” asked one of our athletes. We took a break from the clock and focused on front squat endurance, flexibility and core stabilization with ring push-ups. Intensity was still high and those front squats started taking its toll on those legs that 4th and 5th round. Amazing effort today from all to those athletes that managed to crank out over 100 push-ups total!
