Every Minute On The Minute for 20 Minutes:

#1: 50’ Handstand walk (Rx+: Obstacle down and back)

#2: 6 L-Sit Pull ups

#3: 6 Strict Deficit Handstand Push-ups (Go as deep as possible to last)

#4: 3 Ring Front lever negatives (As Slow as Possible)
