Team Tuesday:
As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible In 25 Minutes
- 250/200m Row
- 200m Sled Drag (90/70)
- 200m Run
- 15 Box Jumps 24/20”
- 15 Burpees
- Partners Alternate Movements
- Partners must physically tag with high five other partner to switch
- Score Total Rounds + Additional Reps on Last Round
- Every 50m = 1 rep on rows, runs, and drags when scoring the end of the workout
- Ex. P1. Row 250, P2 200m Sled Drag, P1 200m Run, P2 15 Box Jumps, P1 15 Burpees, P2 250m Row…..
