#2 75 Double Unders + 5 Toes to Rings + 3 Ring Muscle Ups + 5 Toes to RIngs

#3 300m Run

#4 15 GHD Sit-ups + 3 Rope Climbs

  • *looking to be Unbroken on the Rings scale reps to reach that goal
  • *try to complete the run and the bike under 1:45 scale calories and distance as needed
