Minute 1: 5 Sandbag Cleans (150/100)

Minute 2: 2 Rope Climbs

(Rx+: 5 Ring Muscle Ups, 14/11 Calorie Bike, 3 Rope Climbs)

  • Pick an amount of ring muscle-ups you can hold unbroken for all 5 sets
