February 23rd

Our objective today was to train our athletes to be explosive and move quickly. The ever so painful 500m row took its toll on everyone. It is an absolute sprint from the GO and a painful battle until the final 0m. We then worked technique on deadlifts in preparation for our WOD, another fun creation we called “Fab-Fives”. Low reps, be explosive and move fast! This workout was fun to coach and watch as that final round of wall climbs required everyone’s full effort before yelling out “TIME!”.
