February 19th

Today workout started out with a fun but awkward grip tester, the one arm deadlift! The hook grip was essential for athletes to keep the bar from slipping out of their hands during this tricky lift! Larry Miller pulled 305 with one arm! Our workout today was core focused and had athletes climbing down a ladder of exercises and back up. The climb back up to the top was a steep one! We also had a guest appearance by world class crossfitter Matt Chan! He went head to head with Rogue’s own 16 Year old Mike Tarnapoll in a qualifier prep WOD! It was a very exciting 5:30 workout today!

Find one RM Max one arm max deadlift for each right and left arms in 12 minutes
