February 18th

There was no where to hide throughout the entire class as athletes attacked the warm up, skill and wod. We started things off with interval c2 rowing with partners. You would have thought there was a cash prize for the team to pull the most meters in 10 minutes. Everyone did a great job in keeping their strokes hard and split times low. The next 10 minute block was filled with explosive, technique, and footwork on cleans. Each athlete worked towards achieving a smooth transition and catching the bar through a full squat clean. This helped prepare everyone for the very challenging benchmark WOD “Elizabeth”. This workout requires a ton of stamina and leg endurance through all those squat cleans. Good job today people!
