Feburary 16th

Amrap workouts always test an athletes mental toughness and ability to push through pain! Farmers walks do the same thing, and when you add them together in a workout it really test’s your ability to endure! Athletes made big strides on power snatches and overhead squats during our strength sessions today! I was equally impressed with everyones ability to push a fast pace during the workout as well!
