Feburary 15th

Todays workout was a bit different, it involved time intervals and goal number that must be reached to finish. After a strength focus on overhead squats. Our packed noon class tore into the workout leaving most of the athletes looking for a comfortable spot to lay down! The snow got progressively worse as the day wore on and kept our night classes small. Caitlin was the lone member to brave the nasty conditions at 530. She made the most of her workout though getting the best score today on the death by dumbbell burpee workout with a score of 9!

Every minute on the minute do 5 box jumps

Death by Dumbbell burpee!
1st minute do 1 dumbbell burpee, 2nd minute do two dumbell burpees, …… and so on until you fail to hit the number of dumbbell burpees.
